Initial Comments:
An off site follow-up/relicensure survey conducted on April 15, 2019 found that Brightstar Care-Main Line had corrected the deficiency as cited under 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiency was cited as a result of an onsite state licensure survey completed on February 27, 2019.
